Josh Wolff is the founder and Principal of Altimis, an incorporated legal practice providing fractional and interim General Counsel and Company Secretary services.
Josh is an experienced General Counsel, Company Secretary and governance adviser with near two decades of experience in senior legal and executive leadership roles, supporting boards and executive teams in organisations requiring disciplined governance, strong risk management and pragmatic commercial judgement.
His experience spans agribusiness, FMCG, banking and financial services, pharmaceuticals and digital health, advising organisations in both listed and privately held environments through periods of growth, regulatory change, complex transactions and strategic transformation.
In recent years, Josh has undertaken multiple interim and fractional General Counsel and Company Secretary engagements, supporting organisations that require experienced legal and governance leadership on a flexible basis.
