  • Interim General Counsel – full-time or near full-time for defined periods (e.g. transactions, transitions, leave cover)

  • Company Secretary – typically structured around board and committee cycles, with fixed-day engagement for meeting preparation and attendance, and additional support as required.

  • Project-Based Advisory – fixed fee or scoped engagement for transactions, reviews or strategic initiatives
